Miinto commissioned me to develop B2B marketing communications for their newly launched UK office in August 2012.
My role was to design and develop a HTML email newsletter template and A5 format user guide demonstrating the CMS to commercial customers.
The user guide's purpose was enabling customers to undertake common tasks (managing stock, organising product photo shoots, handling returns etc.) easily without referring to customer services.
The HTML email template was designed with flexibility for reuse in future campaigns featuring different content types. Miinto's UK marketing team handled integration with their email marketing platform.
