I was approached by Groundteam in October 2012 with a brief to investigate website performance issues and review design.
Groundteam commissioned me to design and develop a new custom Wordpress theme based on suggested improvements which launched in November 2012.
The website relaunched in February 2015 with a range of updates to automate content re-publishing across social networks and make it easier for customers to navigate the growing catalogue of completed projects.
I manage Groundteam’s online presence under an ongoing support contract which includes: updating the website and social media, monitoring Google Analytics, maintaining search rank spreadsheets and building backlinks in addition to keeping the core Wordpress installation and plugins updated with latest releases.
The website consistently ranks highly in natural search results across targeted keywords. Traffic has increased by 150% leading to an increase in quality customer enquiries since the February 2015 update.
